The set needs a firmware update to address an auto shutdown issue which has been bugging customers. Have called TC Acoustic Helpdesk for assistance and was told a technician will call me back. Until now have not received a single call from anybody. Hope your customer service could be better improved, especially for your valued customers who had already purchased a number of products from you.

As usually, the kind of quality that you can expect from Klipsch. Sound is perfect and to my liking and most importantly worthy at this price point. 3rd product that I own from Klipsch apart from the XR8i & X20i.

What more to ask for?

Probably the best desktop speakers for its value, quality and design. The speakers are well balanced across the frequencies. The subs are just nice for me. Very subtle at my comfort volume and it can go very loud. What I would like is that it will come with an app to do adjustments like the power, mode and custom EQ. Nonetheless it’s worth every dollar I have paid.
