General Responsibilities

  • You will be expected to learn as much as you possibly can while you work, regardless of the department you sign up for
  • You will be involved in research and projects that will value add to our company
  • You will be given the opportunity to directly improve the company

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 months commitment
  • 5-day work week
  • You are hungry to learn new things
  • You are driven
  • You are entrepreneurial and you enjoy solving problems
  • You love working in a team

What to expect:

  • Design, build, integrate, debug. You will get to work with various departments to evaluate processes, build and connect systems to improve efficiency and performance.

General Responsibilities:

  • Design and build workflows that integrate systems that meet the process owner's needs. 
  • Maintenance of these workflows to ensure they are bug free and periodically optimized for better performance. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when integration issues arise.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in systems integration, including designing and implementation.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new things and stay updated with latest IT developments.

Bonus:

  • Experience with Zoho Flows, Workato, Netsuite and Zoho.

We are looking for designers to create engaging and fresh designs for our brands. If you are passionate about design and have the ability to convey messages through illustrations and art, you’re the person we are looking for!

General Responsibilities

  • Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
  • Increase user friendliness in digital products
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Must-Haves

  • Proven work experience as a designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of completed design projects
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in design software
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
  • Attention to visual details
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

Nice-to-Haves

  • Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant fields
