  • My internship journey at TC has exceeded all my expectations. Having previously interned at an MNC, I thought I knew what an internship could offer—but TC broke through the ceiling, redefining my perspective entirely.

    Here, I've been empowered with the freedom to voice my ideas and see them come to life. Without any prior experience, I was given the incredible opportunity to travel overseas as a media launch event coordinator. Throughout it all, my supervisor and mentors have patiently guided me, encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and grow professionally and personally.

  • I started my TC journey in 2014 as a part-time brand ambassador. Then in 2017, I started working full-time in TC.

    As a promoter, I wasn't just trained in my technical skills. Our ICs and channel managers also helped us to grow in our character by teaching us about faithfulness and integrity.

    As a staff, I also learnt to communicate better, to think out of the box, and to always find ways to meet the needs of others!

What To Expect

We are looking for designers to create engaging and fresh designs for our brands. If you are passionate about design and have the ability to convey messages through illustrations and art, you’re the person we are looking for!

General Responsibilities

  • Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
  • Apply typography techniques
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
  • Increase user friendliness in digital products
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Must-Haves

  • Proven work experience as a designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of completed design projects
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in design software
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
  • Attention to visual details
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

Nice-to-Haves

  • Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant fields

  • You will be involved in research and projects that will value add to our company
  • You will be given the opportunity to directly improve the company

  • Minimum of 3 months commitment
  • 5-day work week

  • You are entrepreneurial and you enjoy solving problems
  • You love working in a team
