What is TC Acoustic's exchange policy?

We’re sorry if you received a defective or incorrect item — we want to make it right!

If a product is found to be defective or incorrect upon delivery, you may contact TC Acoustic for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) are required to meet the following criterias:
• Returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Supported by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
• Returned for a valid reason.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:
• Damaged: The product was damaged upon arrival or out of the box.
• Defective: The product does not function according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Incorrect/Wrong Item: You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong color or model).
• Missing Items/Parts: The product is missing items or parts as indicated on the packaging.

What is TC Acoustic's refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If there is an issue with your recent purchase, you can return a sealed item within 7 days from the date of purchase for store credits.

How to return your item:

Make sure the item is sealed and unused, in its original packaging.

Reach out to us via our live chat or phone call, and we will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and review your item, we’ll process your refund as store credit or arrange an exchange.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items to cover the costs of quality checks, repackaging, and administrative processing.

Non-Refundable Items

The items below are not eligible for refunds:

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Products returned without all original accessories or with damaged packaging
• Purchases made through third-party sellers or unauthorised stores
