TC was established in 1966. In 2010, TC transited to the 2nd generation management and went through an extreme makeover. We installed a new and young staff team, infusing TC with a fresh, entrepreneurial culture and people-first philosophy.
Today, TC is an agile and creative lifestyle technology distributor and retailer. Our innovative strategies have propelled our brands to bestsellers on Lazada and Shopee online marketplaces. TC has become a world-class ‘go-to’ partner—sought after by retailers both offline and online.

When we entered the earphones market in 2010, we were puzzled that customers couldn’t try earphones before buying them. TC revolutionised the local audio industry by introducing demos in retail stores. We were also the first to pioneer a Training Academy for promoters. TC is not just another company, but a market leader and innovator full of entrepreneurship and creativity.

TC is a go-to e-commerce enabler.
We partnered with Shopee for the global launch of Marshall Emberton in July 2020. Despite the pandemic, the product sold out in just 2 days thanks to our PR and online marketing strategies. TC's round-the-clock livechat support and next-day delivery delighted our customers. We received 50 glowing reviews overnight.
The launch was so unprecedented that Shopee made it a case study in a yearly seller's conference for setting new standards in the industry. Eventually our Shopee store garnered reviews and achieved a positive seller rating of 4.9 out of 5.
In 2019, we delivered our first ever 7-day retail pop-up programme for Sonos - a first in APAC.
Riding on a key insight amongst target audience, we came up with a Sonos Makes It Home pop-up experience for people to come learn more and understand about the brand.
The initiative was so well-received that it spawned 4 more pop-ups over the course of 1 year.
When the Google Assistant was launched on Sonos, we also held a 9-day event for media and public alike to come and experience the convenience, power and wonder of the Google Assistant on Sonos.
TC Acoustic is the only distributor invited to participate in Klipsch’s product development process.
In fact, Klipsch had its global true wireless product launch with TC in Singapore and Hong Kong, garnering garnering 131 million media impressions to date.
The event was even recognised by Singapore’s key retailer, Challenger, as the Best Launch/Pre-order Campaign 2019.
Beyond this, Klipsch regularly uses TC's marketing concepts and display solutions.
