Account Manager

What To Expect

We are looking for a qualified account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers and overseeing sales. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term customers’ relationships.

General Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the planning and status of account and channels
  • Forecast and track sales account and channels targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and quarterly forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and management
  • Able to lead a team to success
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven and able to work under pressure

Nice-to-Haves

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or similar/relevant role
