At TC Acoustic, we’ve had a lot to celebrate recently! Our team’s dedication to customer happiness and our unbeatable workplace culture has been recognized with two big awards. From the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) by Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) ceremony to the Great Place to Work Awards, we’re incredibly proud of what these milestones mean for us, our people, and our customers.

Let’s start with the star-studded Excellent Service Award (EXSA) ceremony by the Singapore Retailers Association. Three of our own – Zoe, Harrison, and Reuben – received the EXSA Star Award, which is awarded only to those who bring their A-game every day. Reuben even went further as a finalist for the prestigious Service Superstar Award, alongside industry leaders from brands like Under Armour and CapitaLand!

To us, great customer service is about creating genuine, meaningful interactions with every single visitor. We’re not just answering questions or explaining features; we’re here for heartfelt connections and brightening someone’s day. At the EXSA ceremony, our CEO took the stage to share TC Acoustic’s journey to great customer service with other industry leaders and passionate students from NYP. The heart of our strategy? Empowering youth and front-line workers, and making sure our staff feels genuinely cared for. We had a blast sharing insights and connecting with like-minded folks, and we’re thankful to people like Director of SRA Stephen Sing, Senior Minister of State Desmond Tan, and everyone who came to support Singapore’s growing retail service culture!

Just as exciting, we’ve officially scored a “hat trick” – three years in a row as Singapore’s #1 Best Small Workplace! This is more than a streak; it’s who we are. While awards are fun, what really counts is knowing that our team genuinely loves working here. Our values say it all: Relationships above Revenue and Values above Valuation.
