Terms and conditions

1. Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash in part or full, and may be used in a single transaction only.

2. All returns and refunds on purchases made using this voucher will be in the form of a TC Acoustic Gift Card

3. e-Gift Cards should not be resold 

4. The stored value in the e-Gift Card is valid for 1 year unless otherwise stated. No extension or refund of the unutilised stored value will be granted.

5. Redemption of E-Gift Card is only applicable in the country the E-Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the E-Gift Card. It cannot be stacked with another discount code in a single transaction.

6. The stored value in the e-Gift Card is valid for 1 year unless otherwise stated. No extension or refund of the unutilised stored value will be granted.

7. If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your E-Gift Card, please contact us via Live Chat. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

8. TC Acoustic Pte Ltd reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject the use of the voucher at any time. Reasonable grounds include any tampering, abuse or attempted abuse of the voucher.

9. Should TC intent to terminate the Gift Card programme, the user will be given a grace period of at least 6 months to redeem the remaining value in their e-Gift Cards

How long is the E-Gift Card valid for?

Our E-Gift Cards will be valid for 1 year starting from the date of issue.

Where can I use my E-Gift Card credits?

Our E-Gift Cards are only available for redemption in our online stores for now. We are working towards getting it available in our retail stores as well so hang tight! 

Do you have physical Gift Cards?

Unfortunately, we do not have physical Gift Cards yet. But if you are looking for nicely designed greetings cards, come shop with us in-stores!

Can I redeem multiple E-Gift Cards in a single online transaction?

No. You may not use more than one TC Acoustic E-Gift Card in a single receipt for online purchases. But you will be able to use up all your credits in subsequent purchases and top up the remaining amount if you do not have enough credits left for the entire purchase.

How do I check my balance?

Simply open up the E-Gift Card email that was sent to you and click on "View Gift Card". The amount will reflect your E-Gift Card credit balance.
