General Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with our customers and serve happiness to them
• Establish customer’s loyalty with our company
• Engage our customers on various digital and in-person platforms
• Assist with refunds, exchanges or troubleshooting of products
• Provide solutions for our customers and follow up to ensure resolution

Must-Haves

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English 
• Ability to improvise on the spot
• Calm and composed in any situation
• Good time management 
• Can-do attitude and make things happen

Nice-to-Haves

• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service roles
