Like Zoe, who responded to a customer’s service issue — on Labour Day. While most were resting, she personally followed up on a non-working day, arranged a solution, and secured a discounted replacement. The customer picked it up the very next day, calling it "rare service in Singapore." That moment turned a problem into a bond.
Or Reuben, who didn’t just give a product demo — he made it unforgettable. A customer was struggling to connect his old Sonos Playbar to a new TV. Instead of having the customer bring down the product to the store, he offered to personally visit his home. Reuben navigated every technical hiccup with calm and care. The customer said, "I’ve never met a salesperson like him." And he meant it.
Then there's Jeremy, who took time to understand a customer’s lifestyle and home, before recommending a setup that suits his needs. As they talked more, the customer shared that the in-ceiling speakers of another brand stopped working and asked if he had a solution to get it working again. Even though it was a different brand from ours, Jeremy had a plausible solution and offered to test it out at the customer’s house to see if it’ll really work – and it did! Months later, that same customer came back to get a setup for his daughter.
And Harrison, who turned a product inquiry into a birthday surprise. When he heard a customer was shopping for her 11-year-old son, he quietly slipped in a handwritten note and a pack of Pokémon cards to make the gift extra special. That joy? It stuck.That kind of care can’t be scripted.
